Plant Walk Experience: Medicinal Plants of the Desert's Riparian Areas

The Riparian areas of the Sonoran Desert offer a unique experience of desert plants and animals who live near water. On this fun-filled plant walk, you’ll learn to identify medicinal and edible Sonoran plants who prefer to grow in washes and along riverbanks. We’ll also get to see waterfowl that don’t hang around in the dryer parts of the desert.

This walk is suitable for all skill levels and is on a paved surface.
