Wildland Tea Party - Morning Ritual

Morning Ritual is an all day Wildland Tea Party slash retreat for women. We will gather early and begin with a tea ceremony honoring the day, the sun, the land, and the group. After connecting with our place and getting to know each other, we’ll talk about the Morning Ritual tools I use and some I’ve created, to help you dive deeper into your unique journey, by starting each day with your own personal ceremony. There will be lots of sampling, tasting, applying, trying, and getting misted and purified. There will be shamanic drumming of course, reflective journaling, plant identification, and opportunities to sink into yourself.

After lunch we’ll take a hike together. Movement will help circulate the new information and experiences throughout our systems, helping with integration. After the hike we’ll circle up for sharing and more tea, followed by a final journey to help seal in everything we want to keep, and release anything that no longer serves us. You’ll be on your way, refreshed, enlivened, and satisfied, around 4-5pm.

It’s going to be a beautiful day, the first of many I hope, and I would love for you to be there.
